Meenakshi, founder of EduGlobeIn, is currently the International Baccalaureate Career Program Coordinator. She is the center head for the BTEC(Business Technical Education Council) center at Mahatma Gandhi International School. She is also an IB Examiner and IB Shadow Workshop Leader. She is a trained subject matter expert for IBDP and CP subjects like ITGS , RP and Dance.

She has experience of 27 years in the National and International Corporate and Education sector. She has been in the American corporate and IT Industry as Management Analyst at Dell Inc, Austin Texas, Manager AT&T NJ. She started her career as a lecturer at LD College Of Engineering & Government Polytechnic. She holds a Master's Degree and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from L.D. College Engineering, Gujarat University, a Computer degree from IGNOU. She has several professional certifications from Corporate Companies like AT&T (NJ, USA) & Dell Inc (TX, USA) including computer certification from Computer Campus, Hi- tech in C, C++ and VB. She is an ETI Tool certified Integration Analyst from Austin (USA) and a BPI certified from Dell Inc Austin (TX,USA). She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt Holder.

She is the Project owner to the UKIERI (The UK India Education and Research Initiative) at MGIS to work with Further Education (Vocational) Training Institutions like Dudley College UK, Basingstoke College Of Technology UK, and University Of Winchester UK. She handles the Public Relation Department at MGIS since 2011. She is the initiator of International Exchange programs like The Dudley College Of Technology and the American Program with 360 + and Indiaspora.

Meenakshi Ganeriwala is also the only IBCP coordinator in India who heads the program at TCTE @MGIS.

BTEC - Teacher Case Study

Sakhi, is the sales and marketing head for EduGlobeIn. She has Sales experience across the globe, and has worked in Companies like Oracle in USA and PrefixBox in Budapest Hungary. Sakhi, has completed her International Baccalaureate from Mahatma Gandhi International School, Ahmedabad, India with subjects like Maths, Biology and Chemistry. She then went to USA to complete her undergraduate studies in BS in Biochemistry from school Of Natural Sciences and Business Studies from McCombs School of Business of the University Of Texas at Austin, USA.

She is currently completing her MBA from INSEAD Fontainebleau, France. She has experience in leveraging consultative selling strategies that build relationships across all target markets. She has deep knowledge of marketing campaign development and implementation of training programs for new hires. Having lived in different continents she is fluent in different Indian as well an international languages.

Sakhi is a profound and trained classical dancer and has completed her Diploma in dance. She is the winner of several national and international dance competitions.

Kanisha Modi, holds an International Baccalaureate Certificate. Kanisha holds Diploma in Animation, B.A in English Major. Her interest and passion in filmmaking started when she was getting trained under an French line-Producer Mr. Bernad Marescot, on two film projects, while getting trained and assisting him. She has worked in Gujarat's leading production house Moving Pixels Company, as Pre- Production manager, Production manager, and Assistant Director in 13 films of various kinds over 5 months of her period. She has also worked as a sub editor in a magazine "BuyNow" first edition. She has worked for Sense International India on a documentary film "D for Daya". Kanisha has worked for Words & Images Ahmedabad an advertisement company as a Visualizer, Concept, Ideation design for various films.

Currently she is teaching at Mahatma Gandhi International School under a vocational course BTEC (Business and Technology Education Council) Program.

She is one of the core team members of student exchange programs with The Dudley College of Technology, UK in the year 2019 she accompanied students for summer program under Photography and Editing Course for 4 weeks. In the year 2020 Dudley College of Technology did their fist india visit with faculties and photography students. Year 2021 she will visiting Dudley for second phase of exchange program along with students.

Akash Choudhary, is a faculty in Mahatma Gandhi International School for BTEC in information technology and creative media production since 2017. Akash holds B.com & Diploma in Multimedia. He is a freelance video editor. He has been working for the last 6.3 years (from August 2013) in EMRC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat University as an Editor, Graphics Designer & Production support. He has done more than 1200+ TV Programs as well as E-Contents (UGC-CEC, NME Project) on the topics of Zoology, Life Sciences & Business Economics of Undergraduate Syllabus. And also Developed 25+ Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) of CBCS Undergraduate syllabus of UGC 2015 (700+ Modules), on SWAYAM Platform. He has also done two Online Refresher courses in English Language Teaching of NRC Projects (40 Modules) and other Online refresher courses like GURU-DAKSHTA (Faculty Induction Programs), Physics, Chemistry, Life Science, Teacher Educator, ICT, Commerce and Management, Languages etc. of UGC-HRDC, Gujarat University on SWAYAM and other online Platform like MOODLE and Google Classroom. He also scheduled 2000+ Programs of MHRD DTH Channel no. 07 (Kautilya) on SWAYAMPRABHA in the subjects of Economics, Commerce & Finance. He has also made 200+ programs of these subjects for the channel who broadcast in MHRD DTH Channel no. 07 (Kautilya) on SWAYAMPRABHA in the subjects of Economics, Commerce & Finance. He attended many workshops and training program in the field of Editing, Graphics Designing, Technical Assistant, Shooting, Maintenance of Equipment and also other aspects of E.T.V. Production, E-content Development, MOOCs (SWAYAM) & MHRD DTH Channel No. 07 (Kautilya) on SWAYAMPRABHA also. At the same time, he had also done Graphics and Animations to certain TV Programs of EMRC in these subjects. Further, he assisted in other technical problems of TV programs to the needy of the EMRC over and these. He extends his help in the Studio for Audio/Video testing, recording, lighting etc. Looking all these activities, he is active in video editing and IT Technology.

He also worked as a Film & Television (TV) Video Editing trainer in "NEI India Film & TV Editing Institute" (A division of B. B. Media Pvt. Ltd.) from June 2013 to December 2015 in Ahmadabad.

He made 4 short films (Women Safety, Love in Dream, Small Things, and Licensed) on the topics of Woman safety, Possibility, People bad habits & Marital Rape.

Khushi Ganeriwala, recently completed her International Baccalaureate Diplomafrom Mahatma Gandhi International School in Ahmedabad. She is currently a Freshman pre-med student at University Of Texas at Dallas, USA. She is a core team member of the Technical Team of EduGlobeIn.

She is trained in BTEC Media studies and Information and Technology. She has participated in several Exchange Programs with Dudley College Of Technology since 2015. She has visited the college three times and worked closely with senior students with her Media projects. She works for the Foster Care of India as one of her High School Projects. She has completed her IB Diploma from MGIS in INDIA.

Sanjay Kumar, is the accounts head for EduGlobeIn. He will be involved in advising regarding finances and Taxation of the company. Sanjay is an entrepreneur and runs his own business which manufactures and exports natural wood furniture to different companies in the US and UK. He has been associated with this business of exports since the past 27 years. He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and Accountancy. He has lived across the continents and so has a very holistic idea about accounting field across different countries. He has been a member of Chamber Of Commerce, Ahmedabad.

He oversees all activities of the accounting and tax accounting departments and is involved in the supervision and management of general accounting activities, analyses, business partnership, and the maintenance of effective internal controls while ensuring statutory compliance in all accounting initiatives. He handles all the financial obligation of the Company.
